I. WARRANTY POLICY RESIDENTIAL AIR CONDITIONERS

All Mitsubishi Heavy duty wall-mounted residential air conditioners are covered by the following warranty policy:

+ All equipments: 2 YEAR WARRANTY
+ Compressor: 5 YEAR WARRANTY

II. WARRANTY POLICY PACKAGE AIR CONDITIONERS/MULTI SYSTEM

All Mitsubishi Heavy duty package air conditioners/multi system are covered by the following warranty policy:

+ All equipments: 2 YEAR WARRANTY
+ Registered E-warranty: 3 YEAR WARRANTY

III. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

When purchasing Mitsubishi Heavy products, customer will be provided a warranty card with buyer information, store information and product information.

* Note:

All information in the warranty card must be provided fully and accurately, otherwise the warranty card will not be valid.

The warranty card is only issued once, if you lose your card please contact our Service Center for help.

* The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

The product has expired warranty period or has not registered as a valid warranty.

Damage caused by installation, improper use of technology, improper voltage or unstable voltage.

Damage caused by improper transportation caused breakage, natural disasters, thunder struck, explosion, corrosive.

Users arbitrarily changes machine structure and product code or repair in other places where are not authorized warranty stations of Hai Li company.

The serial number and model do not match the warranty card or it is shaved, erased.

And other damage is not the manufacturer's fault, such as the penetration of insects, mouses, corrosive...
