Decree No. 06/2022/NĐ-CP dated January 7, 2022 of the Government on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the protection of the ozone layer.
Importers of equipment and products containing controlled substances with a nominal cooling capacity below 26.5 kW are responsible for collecting, recycling, and treating such controlled substances contained in the equipment and products.
