Distribution of air conditioners

Since 2004, we have started our business in home appliances industry in Vietnam as a distributor of air conditioners authorized by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Besides Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) brand, we also developed the "Heavy" brand in Vietnam according to Japanese standards.

New Business

Besides developing air conditioner business, we also research and supply other home appliance products in Vietnam market.

- From 2017, started business in water purification equipment Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui.

- From 2018, started to cooperate with Tanita company, exclusive distribution of Tanita scales "Made in Japan" product line.

History

Hai Li is a 100% Vietnamese-invested company, mainly developing home products. We became a distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Indistries residential air conditioners since 2004 and officially established in September 2007.

Start Mitsubishi Heavy Industries residential air conditioners business.
2007
Officially established Hai Li Company Limited.
2007
Reached sales of 40,000 air conditioners, 10 times higher than 2005. Become an exclusive distributor of MHI residential air conditioners in Vietnam.
2009
Self-developed the air conditioner line with HEAVY brand name.
2010
Sales volume reached 60,000 air conditioners.
2013
Expanding the system of warranty service stations (from 34 to 45 stores).
2014
Sales reached 70,000 air conditioners.
2015
Sales volume reached 100,000 air conditioners. Expanding the business system with 200 dealers level 1 and thousands of sub-dealer level 2 throughout 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. The system of warranty stations were increased to 75.
2017
Cooperating with Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui Group, established the business of water purifier products.
2018
Cooperating with Tanita company, became exclusive distributor of Tanita - Made in Japan health scales.
2019
Unified the name of Cleansui water purifier and Tanita health scales business is HC (Health care) department.

I have been to Vietnam since 1999 to develop Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioner brand and cooperate with Hai Li Company since 2005.

In addition, as a Japanese who has stayed in Vietnam for almost 20 years, I am really grateful to Vietnam country and I would like to contribute my effort in bringing a better life to Vietnamese people. The first time I came to Vietnam was in January 2011. At that time, I was interested in this country as well as the Vietnamese, because Vietnam is a country that has a similar lifestyle to Japan. Moreover, Vietnam and Japan have a deep historical relationship with each other. So even considering the recent bilateral economic and close relationship, Vietnam is one of the most important partners to Japan. On the contrary, Japan as a country and Japanese products highly appreciated by the Vietnamese people; and I hope that the relationship between the two countries will become closer in the future

To develop Mitsubishi Heavy air conditioner in the Vietnamese market, I had have appointed to work with the Hanoi branch of Hai Li limited company since 2016. Then, after Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui water purifier equipment engaged in the Vietnam market, I was in charge of the sales department, the foreign markets, and projects in Hanoi. Will all the efforts, I will develop air conditioning and water purifier equipment together with all customers, partners, and colleagues. Since then, I hope the Vietnamese market will grow faster, and Vietnamese consumers will have access to the safest and quality products from Japan.
