We, Hai Li Company Limited, hereby declare that our imported products from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – Mahajak Air Conditioners Co., Ltd. (Thailand) fully comply with the permitted limits of hazardous substances (*) and other requirements as stipulated in Circular No. 30/2011/TT-BCT dated August 10, 2011, regarding the temporary regulations on permissible limits of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, as well as Decision No. 04.

In accordance with Decision No. 16/2015/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister on the collection of discarded products, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has established collection points in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
